The Gasparilla Festival in downtown Tampa, FL has revealed a stacked initial lineup, drawing from a wide variety of genres. The spring festival will be headlined by Erykah Badu, Greensky Bluegrass, MS MR and Houndmouth, also featuring noteworthy acts like Charles Bradley, Talib Kweli, Antibalas, Kermit Ruffins, and Blitzen Trapper. Savoy, Fruition, New Breed Brass Band, and several others round out this impressive round one lineup.

The festival will take place March 12-13 at Tampa’s Downtown Riverwalk. The final lineup will feature over 50 bands across 5 stages. Tickets and more info are available here, and the full lineup will be revealed in the coming weeks.

Gasparilla is produced by the Gasparilla Music Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting music outreach and education, including providing schools with instruments and access to fun, engaging music programs.

Gasparilla will be followed up by Fool’s Paradise just three weeks later, featuring Lettuce, Vulfpeck, GRiZ, Chris Robinson’s Soul Revue, The Nth Power and more right in St. Augustine, Florida, April 1-2. Springtime in Florida is looking pretty hot!
