For this week’s edition of Full Show Friday, Ghost Light has shared the recording of their recent show at Crested Butte, CO’s Center for the Arts.
The performance featured an impressive three-song first set, intertwining American Babies‘ “Winter War Games” with “Diamond Eyes” and Bob Dylan‘s “Tangled Up In Blue”. The second set, on the other hand, featured seven tunes, including a cover of The Shins‘ “Simple Song” which sandwiched their own “Keep Your Hands to Yourself”. The band’s “Synth Driver” also played a major role in the second set, as the first and second to last song enclosed by “Fever Dreams” on either side. Needless to say, Ghost Light has gone above and beyond to incorporate original tunes in their setlist, with plenty of material not featured on their recently released album, Best Kept Secrets.
