Goose has announced a Black Friday Give-a-thon stream event to benefit the band’s Western Sun Foundation. This Friday, November 29th, the band will stream all three of its 2025 main stage sets from Viva El Gonzo on YouTube, with streams beginning at 1:00 p.m. ET, 3:30 p.m. ET, and 6:30 p.m. ET, respectively. Watch all three streams below.
Fans are encouraged to donate to the Western Sun Foundation throughout the livestream event, either online by texting GOOSE to 33100. All proceeds from the Give-a-thon will benefit the Western Sun Foundation, which supports various charitable initiatives.
The announcement comes as Goose gears up for the return of Goosemas to the Northeast. After three years in the Southeast and Colorado, Goose will bring their annual holiday celebration back home with performances on December 12th and 13th at the 14,000-capacity Amica Mutual Pavilion in Providence, RI.
The band will host the second-annual Viva El Gonzo in San José del Cabo on May 7th–9th, 2026. Attendees will enjoy three two-set Goose shows plus a stellar lineup featuring My Morning Jacket, Cory Wong, and The Disco Biscuits’ Tractorbeam instrumental house alter ego, plus an acoustic performance by MMJ frontman Jim James, an LP Giobbi Dead House set of danceable Grateful Dead remixes, The California Honeydrops, Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, jam upstarts Eggy and Dogs In A Pile for two performances each, Kitchen Dwellers, a tribute to Nirvana from Twiddle frontman Mihali, lespecial, and harpist Mikaela Davis.
Goose also just released an official live album capturing their headlining debut at Madison Square Garden earlier this year. Live at MSG is available now across streaming services, with a 7LP box set available for pre-order and expected to ship the week of December 8th [stream/pre-order].
