After releasing their latest album, The Mountain, last week and teasing a return to the stage with a pair of shows in Los Angeles, Gorillaz have announced a North American tour. The 23-date outing, composed predominantly of headlining arena concerts, will mark the first extended North American run by the beloved “virtual band” since 2022 [get tickets].
Gorillaz, the multimedia brainchild of musician Damon Albarn and visual artist Jamie Hewlett whose output is presented as the work of characters 2-D, Murdoc Niccals, Noodle, and Russel Hobbs, will once again come to life onstage with a full live band and “very special guest performers,” including Deltron 3030 on all dates and Little Simz on most. Gorillaz will kick off their Live Nation-produced 2026 North American tour is due to begin on September 17th at Orlando, FL’s Kia Center and September 18th at Miami, FL’s Kaseya Center before anchoring the final day of Atlanta, GA’s Shaky Knees Music Festival on September 20th. The outing will continue throughout the end of September and all of October, making stops at New York, NY’s Madison Square Garden (9/29), Boston, MA’s TD Garden (10/1), Toronto, ON’s Scotiabank Arena (10/4), Chicago, IL’s United Center (10/8), Austin, TX’s Moody Center (10/15), Denver, CO’s Ball Arena (10/18), Inglewood, CA’s Kia Forum (10/24), and more before wrapping up on Halloween night (10/31) at Seattle, WA’s Climate Pledge Arena.
Tickets for the 2026 Gorillaz North American tour will first be available via a KONG Card pre-sale beginning Wednesday, March 4th at 10:00 a.m. local venue time, followed by a Citi pre-sale at 12:00 p.m. local venue time. To participate in the Gorillaz Artist Pre-sale on Friday, March 6th at 10:00 a.m. local venue time, you must sign up here by Thursday, March 5 at 10:00 a.m. ET. No codes are needed; access is tied to your Ticketmaster account, and anyone who signs up can join the sale. The general on-sale will take place on Monday, March 9th at 10:00 a.m. local time. The tour will also offer a variety of different VIP packages and experiences for fans to take their concert experience to the next level. Packages vary but include premium tickets, access to The Mountain Experience VIP Space, a Gorillaz tour tote bag filled with exclusive merchandise, and more. In celebration of the album’s arrival, the group also launched The Gorillaz: House of Kong LA Exhibition, an immersive audio-visual cultural experience, opened on February 26th in Los Angeles. The exhibit is a collaboration between Gorillaz’ Damon Albarn and Jamie Hewlett with artist and creative director Stephen Gallagher, who initially launched House of Kong in London late last year. Following the success of the London exhibit, the House of Kong LA, including the limited-edition shop, will run through March 19th, Guests must reserve a spot and purchase tickets in advance here.
