Beloved Southern rockers Gov’t Mule are at it again, as the group has announced a Smokin’ Mule tour schedule with performances featuring Blackberry Smoke. Spanning the month of August, both of these elite Southern-influenced rock groups will get their chance to shine at venues nationwide.
The run kicks off in Portland, ME and stretches through the Northeast and Midwest, eventually finding its way to the previously-announced show at Red Rocks Amphitheatre with moe. as the third performer on that final bill. Red Rocks will mark the grand finale of what is sure to be an incredible summer stretch.
As Warren Haynes continues to tour with his Ashes & Dust Band in these spring months, it will be nice for fans to see him tearing things up with Mule throughout the summer. Haynes also has a number of Jerry Garcia Symphonic Celebration tour dates on tap (see the full schedule here), as Haynes is always one to keep himself busy.
Pre-sales for tickets begin on Wednesday, April 6th, at 12 PM Eastern, and can be found here. Check out the full schedule for the “Smokin’ Mule” tour below:
