California-based Grateful Dead tribute outfit Grateful Shred has announced a short run of concerts set for this summer beginning on July 31st in Tacoma, WA and wrapping on August 10th in Santa Clarita, CA.
The mid-summer trek along the western U.S. will see the emerging Dead-inspired band stop at venues and events including Summer Meltdown in Darrington, WA (8/1); The Depot in Salt Lake City, UT (8/3); SLO Brewing Company in San Luis Obispo, CA (8/7); and Outside Lands Music Festival in San Francisco, CA (8/9).

The west coast-based band has spent the last year expanding their fanbase amongst Grateful Dead and jam band communities with their first east coast tour last summer and again earlier this year. More recently, the band found themselves on the lineup for next year’s Jam Cruise.
