Gregg Allman, one of the founding members of the legendary Allman Brothers Band, will be inducted into the Georgia Music Hall of Fame this fall. The southern rocker has been a staple in American music for the better part of half a century and will be honored with the Songwriter’s Award alongside soul and gospel singer Sam Moore (Performer Award), Drivin’N Cryin’ (Group Award), and media personality Monica Pearson (Chairman’s Award), among others.
