From the folks who brought you Hoxeyville Music Festival comes a new spring event set to debut May 31st through June 2nd, 2024 at the flagship festival’s longtime home in Wellston, MI.
Fittingly dubbed Hoxeyville Spring, the first edition of the offshoot will feature top acts Oteil Burbridge & Friends, The Infamous Stringdusters, Leftover Salmon, and Allman Betts Band. Also appearing are The Sweet Water Warblers—which features May Erlewine, Lindsay Lou, and Rachael Davis—Luke Winslow-King, SUSTO, Jen Sygit, and Hannah Rose Graves, with hosts Airborne or Aquatic performing two nights. For this appearance, Dead & Company bassist Oteil Burbridge’s Friends will include Melvin Seals, Steve Kimock, Jason Crosby, Johnny Kimock, Tom Guarna, and Lamar Williams Jr.

The new venture from the rootsy festival will give fans another reason to come and enjoy the natural beauty of Michigan’s Lower Peninsula. Located near various mountain biking trails and the Pine River, Hoxeyville will highlight the region with canoe and raft trips, ecology, and a world-class blue-ribbon trout stream. With a single-set format, fans won’t have to miss a minute of the action with no overlapping sets in a family-friendly environment fostered by engaging kids’ area programming.
Tickets for the inaugural Hoxeyville Spring are on sale here. The flagship festival returned for another successful installment back in August with headliners Marcus King, The Wood Brothers, Molly Tuttle & Golden Highway, Keller Williams’ Grateful Grass, and Circles Around The Sun.
