Lazaretto mastermind Jack White has had a busy 2014, between touring, promoting his new album, working with Third Man Records, recording with the Dead Weathers, and even finding time to speak at Yale. Unsurprisingly, White isn’t skipping a beat, having already announced a handful of tour dates in 2015 and, now, the “Third-D” app.

The “Third-D” app provides an “immersive 360 degree, stereoscopic 3D” look at some of White’s performances, using Google Cardboard, a virtual reality player for Android phones. The app is currently available, provided that you have a Google Cardboard player, and includes footage of “Freedom at 21” and “Ball and Biscuit” from his Fenway Park show, and “Dead Leaves and the Dirty Ground” from Red Rocks show.

For those who don’t have Google Cardboard, apparently there are ways to create the 3D effects using household items, including cardboard, lenses, magnets, velcro, and a rubber band. Instructions for the fun DIY project can be found here.
