Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe have announced the “themes” for the group’s 3-night stand at Brooklyn Bowl from February 5th-7th, along with a number of special guests slated to appear each night.
On the 5th, the Tiny Universe will play a Run DMC Remixed show, with appearances from Vokab Kompany, Roosevelt Collier, and Robert Randolph.
February 6th will feature a celebration of Bob Marley’s 70th birthday, which will once again feature Roosevelt Collier, along with other special guests to be announced.
And on the 7th, Denson and co. will have keyboardist Chuck Leavell, who is currently musical director of the Rolling Stones (who Denson just toured with in 2014), and was a member of the Allman Brothers Band in the 70’s. Roosevelt Collier will once again join the group, with more special guests to be announced.
Tickets for each night can be purchased at the Brooklyn Bowl website.
