Update #3: One of our favorite DJs, Subset, will be throwing down before the show!

Update #2: Some more great news! Snarky Puppy percussionist Nate Werth will be joining this all-star cast of musicians for L4LM’s Stevie vs. Michael performance, this Wednesday August 13th at the Highline Ballroom.

Update: We are pleased to announce that Nigel Hall will make a special appearance as a guest vocalist at the Stevie vs. Michael show on Wednesday, August 13th at Highline Ballroom.

This might be our favorite show we’ve done so far! The music of two of the greats — Stevie Wonder AND Michael Jackson — brought to you by some of the funkiest all-stars out there today: Adam Deitch (Lettuce/Break Science/Pretty Lights), Eric Bloom (Lettuce/Shady Horns), Adam “Shmeeans” Smirnoff (Lettuce) and Cory Henry (Snarky Puppy). This once-in-a-lifetime event will take place at Highline Ballroom on August 13.

This stacked lineup draws talent from a variety of renowned funk outfits to bring you one of the most impressive supergroups of this summer! Deitch crushes the drums in Lettuce, Break Science and most recently Pretty Lights live band. Bloom makes up 1/2 of the Shady Horns, the horn section for Lettuce, as well as being a valued member of the Pretty lights live band. Shmeeans is a founding member of Lettuce, and Cory Henry plays keys for Snarky Puppy. Talk about funk overload!

Tickets are just $20, and you can get them here.
