With news coming out a few days ago of a reported Guns N’ Roses reunion at Coachella next year, The New York Times is now reporting that LCD Soundsystem, the dance-rock band spearheaded by James Murphy will also play the SoCal festival next April. LCD Soundsystem last played at Madison Square Garden in 2011.
A spokesman for LCD Soundsystem declined The Times for a comment, but rumors had been swirling even before Murphy dropped the band’s first new single in five years on Christmas Eve. Keep your fingers crossed!
