Primus bassist Les Claypool has placed his infamous “Pachyderm Bass” up for sale on eBay, with a portion of the proceeds going to the charity Jacob’s Heart, which aims to improve the quality of life for children with cancer, and their families.
At press time, the sleek four-string bass already has accrued 8 bids, priced at $8,000 with nearly 10 days left in the auction. You can view the bass on eBay here, in case you have a few thousand dollars to spend on a Claypool original bass.
