lespecial will return to the road for the Tentacle Difficulties Tour, kicking off March 13th in Seattle and extending through mid-April.
The run starts with the progtronic power trio’s return to the West Coast for shows in Portland (3/14), Bend (3/15), Los Angeles (3/18), Mill Valley (3/19), Santa Cruz (3/20), where they’ll be joined by Toubab Krewe, and Lake Tahoe (3/21).
From there, the band will snake its way through the Mountain West, with stops in Salt Lake City (3/24), Frisco (3/26), Denver (3/27), where they’ll team up with electronic artist Yheti for “The Outernet Experience” featuring a collaborative LIMINOID set, and Buena Vista (3/28).
After taking a detour through Farmington, NM on March 29th, the tour will conclude in the Northeast with shows in Boston (4/3), Saratoga Springs (4/10), and Brattleboro, VT (4/11), with an additional date to be announced for April 17th. Scroll down for a full list of dates.
“We are quite hype on the heels of our 20th Anniversary New Years shows to get back to the west coast. The Squid truly does rise in the west,” said bassist Luke Bemand. “To have one of our favorite poster artists, Zombie Yeti, do the artwork for this is an absolute nautical dream come true. This March, we are headed to the Pacific and definitely experiencing some Tentacle Difficulties.”
