Eclectic funk powerhouse Lettuce has officially served up Cook, the band’s ninth studio album, out now via Lettuce Records. The new LP marks Lettuce’s first full-length since 2022’s Unify and finds the sextet widening its sonic palette once again.
“This record is a little more three-dimensional than our past albums,” drummer/producer Adam Deitch said of Cook. “It shows a lot more sides to the band, exploring further depths of production and arrangements.” True to form, the project still delivers the signature Lettuce blend—funky grooves, clean-cut pocket work, and moments of grit that nod to the band’s live-wired improvisational edge.
Listen to Cook below, stream the album on your preferred platform, or click here order it on vinyl or CD along with official merch (including a Lettuce bamboo spatula). All vinyl copies of Cook ship with a special recipe book featuring personal dishes from each band member, plus wine pairings using the band’s own Red Crush and Orange Crush blends, crafted in collaboration with Colorado-based natural winery Aquila Cellars.
Lettuce – Cook
The Cook World Tour this year brought Lettuce across North America, Europe, Japan, and Australia. The tour will continue in North America this winter, including a stretch with exclusive VIP upgrades. The “Cookin’ with the Band” VIP experience—available for all January and February dates—offers soundcheck access, setlist voting, early merch shopping, a discount code, and limited-edition keepsakes including a custom Cook apron, a printed recipe zine, and a signed laminate. Each night is capped at 75 spots.
Lettuce will kick off its 2026 tour schedule in Mexico at the Tropic of Cancer Festival January 14th–18th. After soaking up some sun, the band will make its way back to the East Coast for shows in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Connectivut, and Maine. February will bring the tour down the coast to Virginia, Georgia, and Florida.
Fans can catch Lettuce at several major events in the new year, including a return to Suwannee Amp Jam and Jam Cruise this February and a June appearance at All Good Music Festival.
