Lightning in a Bottle has revealed phase one of the 2020 lineup for its return to Buena Vista Lake, CA on May 20th-25th this spring. Headlining acts featured with Tuesday’s announcement include Kaytranada, Sylvan Esso, Griz, James Blake, Amon Tobin, and Nina Kraviz, to name a few.

The California festival, which presents performances throughout the weekend across three stages, and typically features a mix of live and electronic acts. The event’s flagship “Lightning” stage will host performances from Purity Ring, Four Tet, Big Wild, Jon Hopkins, Emancipator, Doja Cat, Empress Of, Lion Babe, Crooked Colours, Wajatta, Jarina De Marco, and Gone Gone Beyond, with stage theatrics by Lucent Dossier Experience.

Apart from the special James Blake DJ Set and Amon Tobin Presents: Two Fingers, the Thunder Stage will see performances by DJ Shadow, Noisa, a Keys N Krates DJ set, Droeloe, The Funk Hunters, Minnesota, EPROM, Shlump, an-ten-nae, Mersiv, Jon1st & Shield Live, Loci Showcase ft. Frameworks, TOR, THOMA, Zebbler Encanti Experience, The Librarian, El Papachango, Dela Moon, Ahee, A Hundred Drums, Elephant Heart, Oakk, Barisone, Naughty Princess, and Torkom Ji.

The Woogie Stage will host Bob Moses, Stephan Bodzin, Justin Martin, ARTBAT, Kyle Watson, Romare, Soul Clap, Eli & Fur, Kidnap, Justin Jay, Armen Miran, HOJ, Rinzen, MAGA, DJ Holographic, Caleesi & Sarah Kreis, Rybo B2B Lubelski, Galen, Subsuelo, Jesse Wright, Cody Lee, Shawni, and Roxy Venus in addition to headliner Nina Kraviz.

Thursday’s opening parties will see sets from Desert Hearts‘ members Mikey Lion, Lee Reynolds, Marbs, and Porky as part of the Desert Hearts Lakeside Launch Party. Joe Kay of Soulection will also host a four-hour set at The Stacks.
