Back in August, rock and roll titans Motörhead released a recorded cover of The Rolling Stones’ “Sympathy For The Devil.” The cover stays true to form, with a hard rock twist that only Motörhead could truly deliver.

With the unfortunate news that the band’s frontman, Lemmy Kilmister, passed away yesterday, it was revealed that this cover is the last track that the band recorded together. Featured on their recently-released album, Bad Magic, the “Sympathy” song closes out the album and serves as a fitting lamentation for the band’s lost leader.
