Jamtronica quintet Lotus has announced a new batch of 2019 fall tour dates as well as a five-night New Year’s run throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. The newly announced shows will feature support from Wax Future, Muscle Tough, and lespecial.
The band continues to tour in support of their latest LP, Frames Per Second, a sprawling, 19-track release comprised of a mix of never-before-heard material and songs the band has been introducing and road-testing since the release of 2016’s Eat The Light.
Following their previously announced three-night Halloween run in Colorado, Lotus will open up their fall string of shows with a performance at Columbus, OH’s Newport Music Hall on November 15th. From there the band will offer up shows at Cleveland, OH’s Beachland Ballroom (11/16 & 11/17); Syracuse, NY’s Westcott Theater (11/20); Cohoes, NY’s Cohoes Music Hall (11/21); Rochester, NY’s Anthology (11/22); Burlington, VT’s Higher Ground (11/23 & 11/24); and the band’s debut at Philadelphia, PA’s Fillmore on November 30th.
Lotus will ring in the new year with a five-night run throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic beginning with a performance at Pittsburgh, PA’s Stage AE on December 27th. The band will continue on with stops at Brooklyn, NY’s Brooklyn Steel on December 28th and Boston, MA’s Royale Boston on December 29th before closing things out with a two-night run at Baltimore, MD’s Rams Head Live! on December 30th and 31st.
