Love Rocks NYC has announced the all-star talent lineup for its seventh annual event, due to take place at New York, NY’s Beacon Theatre on Thursday, March 9th, 2023.

Executive produced by international fashion designer John Varvatos, NYC real estate broker and prominent concert producer Greg Williamson, and esteemed concert/events producer Nicole Rechter, and featuring appearances by Stephen Colbert, Andy Cohen, Chevy Chase, and Phoebe Robinson, the concert will support and honor the work of cherished New York-based not-for-profit God’s Love We Deliver, which home-delivers nutritious, medically tailored meals for people too sick to shop or cook for themselves.

The heavy-hitting Love Rocks NYC 2023 program, led by music director and bandleader Will Lee (The CBS Orchestra), will feature performances by James Taylor, John Mayer Trio, Sheryl Crow, Mavis Staples, Pat Benatar & Neil Giraldo, St. Vincent, Rufus Wainwright, Jim James, Stephen Marley, Gary Clark Jr., Allison Russell, The War and Treaty, former New York Yankee/guitarist Bernie Williams, and more to be announced.

The house band for the evening will include Steve Gadd (James Taylor, Eric Clapton), Shawn Pelton (Saturday Night Live), Larry Campbell (Levon Helm, Bob Dylan), Eric Krasno (Soulive, Phil Lesh & Friends), Pedrito Martinez (Bruce Springsteen, Sting, Camila Cabello), Michael Bearden (Lady Gaga), and a six-piece horn section as well as special guests Paul Shaffer, Ivan Neville, and Jimmy Vivino. Ken Dashow of Q104.3 Radio will also serve as the evening’s “voice of god.”

God’s Love We Deliver, which was founded during the AIDS pandemic in 1985 and has been an essential services provider during the COVID-19 pandemic, continues to work tirelessly to meet the ever-growing demand for its services. Last year, the staff and volunteers cooked and delivered more than 3.2 million medically tailored meals to more than 10,500 New Yorkers living with and affected by severe illness.

Since launching in 2017, the annual Love Rocks NYC concerts have brought together star-studded lineups of musical talent, raising more than $25 million to date and helping to fund more than 2.5 million meals for New Yorkers in need. The benefit concert highlights the charity’s continued mission of providing life-sustaining meals and nutrition counseling for people in the New York Metropolitan area living with severe illness.
