Colorado jam quartet Magic Beans have announced a slate of fall and winter tour dates that will carry the band throughout the Midwest and Northeast, with multi-night stands in Massachusetts, Vermont, Colorado, and Pennsylvania. The 22-date run of shows kicks off tonight, Thursday, September 8th at Bells Brewing in Kalamazoo, MI.
From Kalamazoo, Magic Beans will head to Ferndale, MI on Friday, September 9th followed by a set at Birds of a Feather in Morning View, KY on the 10th. After some time off, they will kick off a busy October at HiFi in Indianapolis, IN on the 6th, with consecutive shows at Summit Music Hall in Columbus, OH and Madison Live in Covington, KY on the 7th and 8th.
Magic Beans will then continue on to the Northeast for a show at Philadelphia’s Ardmore Music Hall on October 13th, followed by a two-night stand at Soundcheck Studios in Pembroke, MA on the 14th and 15th. After a one-off at New York’s Brooklyn Bowl on the 19th, they will head to Albany, NY (10/21); Eerie, PA (10/22); Buffalo, NY (10/23); Bridgeport, CT (10/26); and Portland, ME (10/27) before a pair of multi-show runs.
First, they’ll play two nights at the famed Nectar’s in Burlington, VT on October 28th and 29th. Then they will play the only three-night run of the tour at Lost Lake in Denver, CO on November 10th, 11th, and 12th, where Magic Beans will be joined by Mr. Specific, Tyler Adams Trio, and Manycolors, respectively. They’ll then conclude the year with a two-night New Year’s run at Stage AE in Pittsburgh, PA on December 30th and 31st supporting Pigeons Playing Ping Pong.
