After twelve years serving as Connecticut’s premiere music venue, the Fairfield Theatre Company has decided to open up an adjacent sister venue. “The Warehouse”, an 8,000 square foot performance space, is finally open and ready for business. They’ve already got some of our favorite acts booked for the fall, including The Revivalists, Melvin Seals & JGB, Southern Soul Assembly, and more!

FTC’s StageOne settled into its home in 2003 with the intention of building two adjacent venues. When the economy tanked, plans were put on hold, though they never lost the vision. The Warehouse served as just that — an idle warehouse and storage space — for nearly ten years before the idea of a connecting venue was revisited. Funds were raised, local architect Michael Smith was recruited for the project, and The Warehouse was born.

The new space maintains an industrial warehouse feel while still providing the proper rock club atmosphere, fit to accommodate 600+ patrons. The venue boasts state-of-the-art audio/visual technology and plans to host film events as well as concerts. A sound barrier between Stage One and The Warehouse makes simultaneous shows possible.

Be sure to check out The Warehouse! Here are some upcoming shows that we recommend:
