Steel guitar virtuoso Roosevelt Collier is no stranger to collaborative efforts. In just the few past months alone, Collier has shared the stage with likes of Warren Haynes, Umphrey’s McGee, Karl Denson, Jimmy Herring of Widespread Panic and the String Cheese Incident, making him a bit of an “artist at-large” in the scene outside of his usual settings with the Lee Boys and Collier’s new side project, the Roosevelt Collier Trio.

This November 20-21, Collier will bring together another outstanding cast of musicians to put on Colorado Get Down at The 1up – Colfax in Denver. The lineup will include Bill Nershi of the String Cheese Incident on guitar, Joel Cummins of Umphrey’s McGee on keyboards, Matt Lapham of Shak Nasti on bass and Dave Watts of The Motet on drums. In addition, Friday, November 20th will feature opening support from Aqueous, while Saturday, November 21st will boast Rastasaurus as the opener. This is sure to be a dynamite pair of shows. Collier always throws it down in Colorado!
