The iconic heavy metal group Metallica has announced a pair of 2022 stadium shows set to take place on the East Coast this summer. Both shows will feature special guests Greta Van Fleet and Ice Nine Kills.

First, on August 11th, Metallica will host a performance at Highmark Stadium in Buffalo, NY. Then, on August 14th, the band will make the few-hour drive to Pittsburgh, PA and stage a concert at PNC Park. Metallica previously played at Highmark on July 25th, 1992, and Pittsburgh’s Three Rivers Stadium on July 26th, 1992.

Presale tickets will be available to Legacy Fan Club members at 9 a.m. and General Fan Club members at 11 a.m. on Monday, February 28th. The presale window will then end on Thursday, March 3rd, at 10 p.m. before a general on-sale Friday, March 4th, at 10 a.m. All times ET.

Before the summer shows get underway, Metallica will perform tomorrow, February 25th, at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, NV. Then in April the band will head to South America for shows in Argentina and Brazil before returning stateside for a run of festivals, including BottleRock and Boston Calling.
