[UPDATE 8/8/24]: When he isn’t making noise with Dead & Company, 80-year-old Mickey Hart keeps himself busy with various creative pursuits, making art, films, and more, and now, for a limited time, fans can bid on a collection of his original paintings.

Five works created by the Rhythm Devil himself are currently up for auction, with bidding open until Sunday, August 11th at 11:59 p.m. PT. Previously listed paintings entitled “Da Bolt”, “Smokin’ Rhythm”, and “Token Rhythm” are currently available along with two newly added works, “Three Ghosts” and “Diga Mon”. Another work entitled “Da Blues” was previously sold at auction. All of the paintings have been displayed at the Art at the Edge of Magic exhibition inside the Dead Forever Experience in Las Vegas, which will remain open until the end of Dead & Company’s Sphere residency.

“Smokin’ Rhythm” and “Token Rhythm” are acrylic paint, measuring 15 x 30 inches with an original list price of $15,000 each and bids starting at $10,000.
