Twiddle guitarist Mihali Savoulidis has released a new single, “Stubborn Smile”, featuring vocalist Mary Corso and drummer Johnny Kimock.
Produced by Grammy Award-winner Eric Krasno, “Stubborn Smile” follows up Mihali’s previously released single, “Faded”, featuring Nahko and Trevor Hall.
Mihali shared his thoughts on the new single. He explained,
I wrote this song about the effects of social media and technology on our society. It’s getting harder and harder to create real connections with people when relationships are overshadowed by our digital lives. It’s important to seek reality beyond our devices, and return to the truth of our humanity.

The guitarist has recently been teasing new music via his social media accounts with photos and videos of Krasno, Citizen Cope, G. Love, and more, hinting at a potential solo album coming soon.
Mihali is gearing up for an extensive 2019 solo tour, which begins with a performance at South Kingstown, RI’s Ocean Mist on October 11th and ends with a show at Nashville, TN’s 3rd & Lindsley on December 15th.
