Greensky Bluegrass closed out their inaugural Camp Greensky Music Festival in style on Saturday night with sit ins from Mike Gordon, Marco Benevento, and more.

Gordon—who happens to celebrate his birthday today—switched between acoustic guitar (“Endless Highway”) and electric bass (“Don’t Lie”) as he helped the the band wrap up their first set. With the Phish bassist’s appearance behind them, Greensky kept the Phish love going with teases of “Harpua”, “Contact”, and “Simple” during the “Windshield” and “Take Cover” that opened the second set. Benevento then added his keys to “I’d Probably Kill You” and “Worried About The Weather” before Cris Jacobs and Dusty Ray Simmons joined the fray for “Bone Digger” and “No Idea”.

Both Gordon and Benevento were on hand after playing main stage sets with their respective bands. Saturday’s lineup also included a solo band set from Wilco frontman Jeff Tweedy, who offered up a but of his signature wit after taking this fantastic photo with Gordon:

Saturday night’s performance capped off a weekend that brought plenty of collaborations at the Hoxeyville festival grounds in Wellston, MI. On Thursday, Greensky was joined by rising bluegrass star William Apostol—better known as Billy Strings—and his bandmembers Billy Failing and Jarrod Walker. Fruition‘s Mimi Naja also sat in that night before joining Greensky again with the rest of her Fruition bandmates on Friday night. Friday’s performance also included sit ins from Guido Batista and Lindsey Mossier.

In addition to three headlining sets—and a late night campfire jam—from Greensky Bluegrass, the inaugural Camp Greensky Music Festival featured sets from Mike Gordon, Jeff Tweedy, Trample By Turtles, The Wood Brothers, Billy Strings, Rayland Baxter, Marco Benevento, Fruition, Cris Jacobs, and many more. Greensky’s principal songwriters, Paul Hoffman and Dave Bruzza, each played solo sets of their own as well.
