Minnesota has been one of the more influential producers of the past several years, mixing bass fueled dubstep with elements of glitch and hip hop to create fan favorite tracks that have been played by everyone from Bassnectar to MiMosa. After taking time off from UC Santa Cruz to focus on his music more closely, Minnesotta’s career took off, with his remix of The Mama’s and The Papa’s classic ‘California Dreaming’ hitting the top spot on the Hypebeast chart, and the release of several EPs each receiving critical and commercial success. This forward thinking producer is bringing his game to Santo’s Party House on May 9th, along with DCarls as support.

His latest EP, ‘Eternal Freqencies’, received high praise, as did the following tour in support. Fans and critics alike praise the producers creativity and ability to seriously rock a dance floor. The entire EP was released free, through his official website – it is definitely a must listen. This special show falls right in between high profile gigs this Spring with STS9 and this summer with Lotus, cementing Minnesota into upper-echelon of his genre. After already sharing the stage with such superstars as Rusko, Excision, RJD2, and Ghostland Observatory, the future looks nothing but bright for this young artist.

Tickets are available now via Live Nation , don’t forget to download Minnesota’s latest EP, ‘Eternal Freqencies’, for free via his official website.
