In 2003, a jam band meeting of the minds transpired in Sin City, as Phish and moe. crossed paths for the double-header of our dreams. Phish kicked things off with a wild funkin’ affair at the Thomas & Mack Center, but it was moe.’s late night jam that raised our eyebrows.

Not only did Phish bassist Mike Gordon make it over to the House of Blues to perform with moe., but he also appeared alongside legendary guitarist Dickey Betts. Both Gordon and Betts appeared in the second set, playing on covers of “Southbound” and “In Memory Of Elizabeth Reed.” If that doesn’t get you going, what will?!
