North Beach Music Festival has announced the artist lineup for its expanded 2022 event in Miami Beach, FL set to take place from Friday, December 9th through Sunday, December 11th.

The festival will stretch from two days to three for its second year at the Miami Beach Bandshell (formerly known as the North Beach Bandshell) with jam scene mainstays moe. (two sets) due to headline on Friday, 12/9, Philadelphia jam-electronic favorites Lotus topping the bill on Saturday, 12/10, and future-funk sextet Lettuce leading the charge on Sunday, 12/11.

They will be joined on the jam-packed 2022 North Beach Music Festival lineup by Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe, Dopapod, Antibalas, Trouble No More, Keller Williams, Doom Flamingo, Brandon “Taz” Niederauer, Melt, Neighbor, Lemon City Trio, Shira Elias, Guavatron, Afrobeta, and Cool Cool Cool, the new project featuring seven former members of Turkuaz that is set to make its debut at Brooklyn Comes Alive in September.

With no overlapping sets and an intimate footprint sheltered by scenic palms that provide cool shade in the daytime and a colorfully lit tropical playground at night, NBMF combines the convenience of a city show, the immersive experience of a “farm” festival, and the breezy inclinations of a beach vacation into one thoroughly enticing live music getaway.

The festival will offer two- and three-day ticketing options for 2022 in addition to three different levels of VIP and travel packages. Fans looking to attend the festival for two days can choose to attend either Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday.

All VIP packages include expedited entry through a VIP-dedicated entrance, an exclusive VIP merch item, access to VIP viewing areas at both stages, and access to the Artist Lounge with a private bar, bathrooms, and balcony. Fans seeking an elevated experience can choose the VIP+ ticket option, which adds a soundboard viewing area at the Miami Beach Bandshell, or the Platinum VIP Table experience, which also includes a private cabana with a dedicated server for up to ten guests.

For those traveling to Miami Beach to attend the event, NBMF is partnering with the Seaside All Suites Hotel, located just a few blocks away from the Miami Beach Bandshell. Travel packages may be paired with either General Admission or VIP ticket types over three- or four-night stays, and include one or two beds (depending on the size of one’s party) with a kitchenette and couch. More information on ticketing options and travel packages are available via the festival website.

“We’re over the moon to return to Miami Beach for our second year of North Beach Music Festival,” shares NBMF co-founder Gideon Plotnicki. “South Florida in general has been starved for an event like this for far too long, and we are more than happy to plant our flag as the home of jam bands, funk music, and beyond in the region. We are proud to feature a lineup with such a dynamic cross-section of what this corner of the live music community is all about. moe., Lettuce and Lotus are all trailblazers at the forefront of their respective genres—progressive rock, live electronic music, and future funk—and we are so excited for what should be three unforgettable nights with these champions of improvisational music.”
