The Eddie Vedder-curated Ohana Festival will expand to a second weekend in 2022 with the addition of a new event, Ohana Encore, set to take place on October 8th and 9th at Doheny State Beach in Dana Point, CA. While Ohana Encore will take place on the same grounds as the three-day Ohana Festival the weekend prior, it will feature a largely different artist lineup.
On Saturday, October 8th, Vedder will headline the festivities alongside Alanis Morissette, The Roots, Julieta Venegas, The Front Bottoms, Amos Lee, Marcus King, Painted Shield, Charlotte Lawrence, Trousdale, Seratones, and Jonny Roundhouse.
On Sunday, October 9th, The Black Keys will top the Ohana Encore bill alongside performances by HAIM, Band of Horses, Rainbow Kitten Surprise, Afghan Whigs, Amyl and the Sniffers, Iceage, Hamilton Leithauser, Pluralone, Illuminati Hotties, Jaime Wyatt, and Jonny Roundhouse.
Pre-sale tickets for the inaugural Ohana Encore festival (9/8–9/9) go on sale Thursday, June 16th. Tickets go on sale to the general public the following day. For full ticketing details or to sign up for pre-sale info, head here.
The newly announced Encore weekend will follow the main, three-day Ohana Festival due to take place from September 30th through October 2nd. Friday, September 30th will feature performances by Stevie Nicks, Khruangbin, Brittany Howard, The Revivalists, Gang of Youths, St, Paul & The Broken Bones, and more. Eddie Vedder will lead the Saturday, October 1st lineup alongside Jack White, Billy Strings, Manchester Orchestra, Inhaler, Joy Oladokun, and more. Finally, P!nk will headline Sunday, October 2nd’s festivities following sets by St. Vincent, Dermot Kennedy, Grouplove, Broken Social Scene performing You Forgot It in People, and more.
