After taking a year off in 2019, Okeechobee Music & Arts Festival is set to return to Okeechobee, FL’s Sunshine Grove on March 5th-8th, 2020.
Okeechobee was initially launched in 2016 by its parent company, Soundslinger LLC, and featured a 2018 lineup that included Arcade Fire, Bassnectar, Halsey, Travis Scott, and more when it returned for its third year.
“After much consideration and looking at many different options, we have decided to take a fallow year and not hold our annual Okeechobee Fest in 2019,” the statement shared by festival organizers in November 2018 read. “For the past three years, we have witnessed 100,000 strangers from all walks of life, come together to our home of Sunshine Grove in Okeechobee, Florida, to live, laugh, listen, sing, dance, learn, create, meditate, downward dog, eat & drink, explore, give back, embrace and live OMF’s mantra to Be, Here, Now.”
