Each year, Okeechobee Music & Arts Festival hosts a special super jam dubbed the PoWoW. This special set has consistently been one of the highlights of the festival, with last year seeing Michael McDonaldSolangeEric Krasno, and Vulfpeck team up on a much-buzzed-about cover of “What A Fool Believes”. Today, the festival has revealed that none other than Snoop Dogg will serve as the band leader for 2018’s PoWoW set.

As told in a press release, “Snoop Dogg is set to perform with an array of special guests that will span the genres of hip-hop, funk and soul.” Snoop Dogg’s special guests for the set are still yet to be announced. In addition to this news, the festival also announced a number of new artists joining the lineup including Lil DickyTrombone Shorty & Orleans AvenueThe Funky MetersOpiuoChet PorterThriftworks, and more. Ticketing information for Okeechobee is currently available here.
