Willie Nelson‘s travelling, multi-band music fest, Outlaw Music Festival, has added a new California date to the upcoming leg of their tour. On Sunday, October 21st, Nelson will be joined by Phil Lesh & Friends, Sturgill Simpson, Margo Price, Lukas Nelson + Promise of the Real, and Particle Kid at the revered Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles.
As Willie Nelson notes in the announcement press release, “I’m excited to play the Bowl with my old pal, Phil Lesh,” says Willie Nelson. “I’m sure there will be some magical music moments for all the fans.”
“From ‘Whiskey River’ to ‘Sugar Magnolia’ to ‘Breakers Roar,’ music fans are in for a real treat in hearing all the songs they know and love,” says Keith Wortman, co-creator of the Outlaw Music Festival Tour.
Tickets for the Outlaw Music Festival’s new Hollywood Bowl date go on sale to the general public on Saturday, August 4th at 10 a.m. (PST) via Ticketmaster.com, by phone at 800-745-3000, and through the Hollywood Bowl Box Office. American Express Card Members can purchase tickets before the general public from Wednesday, August 1st, at 10 a.m. (PST) through Friday, August 3rd, at 10 p.m. (PST). The late-summer/fall leg of the 2018 Outlaw Music Festival tour kicks off on Friday, September 7th, at KeyBank Pavilion in Burgettstown, Pennsylvania, with Willie, Lukas, Sturgill, Particle Kid, Van Morrison, Brandi Carlile, and The Commonheart.
