Veteran rocker Ozzy Osbourne debuted a new music video on Thursday for “Under the Graveyard”, released last month as a single from his forthcoming studio album, Ordinary Man. The video captures a tumultuous time in the singer’s wild life, depicting when he was rescued from himself in 1979 by his then-future wife Sharon Osbourne.

The video, directed by Jonas Akerlund, opens with a fictionalized testimonial from Sharon (played by Jessica Barden) who explains that West Hollywood in 1979 wasn’t a pretty time for Ozzy.

The video then shows the nauseating cycle of the rock n’ roll lifestyle that had consumed Ozzy by 1979. With a non-stop revolving door of whiskey bottles, mirrors piled high with cocaine, and groupies tearing him apart, the glamour quickly fades away from the addictions of a man who had become exhausted. However, salvation comes in the form of Sharon.
