Brooklyn Bowl founder and live music impresario, Peter Shapiro, appeared on the CNBC program Squawk Box recently to discuss the announcement of the Grateful Dead’s 50th Anniversary Fare Thee Well shows at Soldier Field in Chicago July 4th weekend, which have those seeking tickets reverting back to the old “Mail Order” system that was used by the Dead and Phish in the 80’s and 90’s (you know, way back in the 20th century).
