At the end of October, Phil Lesh, the beloved Grateful Dead bassist and co-founder, will return to the East Coast for a five-night Halloween run across October 25th through 31st. On the Friday before Halloween, on October 27th, Lesh will hit the Indoor Theatre at BB&T Pavilion in Camden, New Jersey, for a special performance featuring vocalist Nicki Bluhm, pedal steel guitarist Robert Randolph, and the Preservation Hall Jazz Band. For these performances, Lesh will also be joined by the Terrapin Family Band, which consists of guitarist Ross James, drummer Alex Koford, keyboardist Jason Crosby, and guitarist (and Lesh’s son) Grahame Lesh.

Increasingly, East Coast performances by Lesh are rare, as the Grateful Dead bassist currently resides in California, frequently performing at his own venue—the now-iconic Terrapin Crossroads in San Rafael. As such, anytime that Phil Lesh does make it to the East Coast, the shows are not to be missed. For this run, Lesh will be joined by frequent collaborator and renowned vocalist, Nicki Bluhm. The soulful pedal steel guitarist, Robert Randolph, and the critically acclaimed Preservation Hall Jazz Band have also been tapped for the lineup, with both acts joining Lesh during his Capitol Theatre run back in May.

Tickets for this upcoming can’t-miss Phil Lesh performance with the Terrapin Family Band at BB&T Pavilion on October 27th are available here. Don’t miss out on seeing this Grateful Dead legend collaborate with an all-star crew of musicians, including Nicki Bluhm, Robert Randolph, and Preservation Hall Jazz Band. Lesh and company will be also traveling across the East Coast, with dates also scheduled at The Anthem in Washington, DC; Convention Hall in Asbury Park, New Jersey; Brooklyn Bowl in Brooklyn, New York; and The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, New York.
