As part of Terrapin Crossroads 5th Anniversary week, Phil Lesh recruited keyboardist/vocalist Scott Guberman, guitarist/vocalist Stu Allen, guitarist Scott Law, and drummer Alex Koford joined forces as Thunder & Lightning. The celebration continued after reuniting the Grateful Dead bassist with fellow guitarist Bob Weir the night before.
The anniversary week continues tonight with Grahame Lesh & Friends, followed by Scott Law & Ross James’ Cosmic Twang. But first, watch Thunder & Lightning perform a killer version of “Blow Away” with Guberman on vocals:
