Today, Phish has announced a stretch of fall tour dates, set to run through the second half of October before finally landing in Las Vegas, Nevada, where they’ll celebrate Halloween with a four-night run at MGM Grand Garden Arena from October 31st to November 3rd.

The tour will begin with a two-night stand at Albany, NY’s Times Union Center on October 16th and 17th. Formerly known as the Knickerbocker Arena (and, after that, the Pepsi Arena) Phish has played the venue several times, including the 12/9/95 show that produced one of their most well-known jams, the Albany “Y.E.M.

Next, from October 19th to 21st, Phish will head to one of their most hallowed haunts, Hampton Coliseum, affectionately known as “The Mothership” for its UFO-like appearance. Phish has played numerous fantastic shows at Hampton over the years, including their first show back after a 5-year breakup in 2009.

From there, the band will head to Nashville, where they’ll deliver two nights at Ascend Amphitheater on October 23rd and 24th. As many will recall, Phish’s last trip to Nashville (in 2016) saw them welcome Grateful Dead guitarist Bob Weir for an extended sit-in featuring both Dead and Phish favorites.

Next, Phish will head to Rosemont, Illinois, for three performances at Allstate Arena from October 26th to 28th. After years of playing different venues in the Chicago market (like Northerly Island and Wrigley Field), the run marks the band’s first return to the arena since 2/20/03.

Finally, the band will head to Sin City beginning on All Hallows Eve, when they’ll host their third Halloween at the MGM, something that appears to be becoming a biennial tradition; in 2016, Phish “dressed” as David Bowie, performing his classic The Rise And Fall Of Ziggy Stardust And The Spiders From Mars in its entirety. Prior to that, in 2014, they recreated and reimagined the ’60s Disney sound effects album The Chilling, Thrilling Sounds of the Haunted House for a spooky and musically ambitious costume set. With the 2018 dates officially set, it’s time to get the “costume set” rumor mill turning once more.

A limited number of tickets are available now at tickets.phish.com through Tuesday, May 29 at 9AM ET. Tickets go on sale to the general public beginning June 1 and continuing through June 2. For more info, visit phish.com.
