Phish summer tour rumors have been confirmed! Despite Trey Anastasio telling us that it would be “a while” before Phish toured again, the band has revealed plans to tour in 2016. The newly announced dates begin with Phish’s first show in St. Paul, MN since 2000, and include stops at Wrigley Field, The Mann Center, Saratoga Performing Arts Center, The Gorge Amphitheatre, Bill Graham Civic Auditorium, and a Labor Day weekend run at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park.
The run will presumably come after Phish spends the next few months, working on a studio project that was mentioned at the band’s recent trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico. We speculate as to the material for that new album in a recently-published feature, seen here.
