On the heels of Labor Day Weekend’s summer-tour closing run at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park in Colorado, today, Phish has announced the return of their four-night, all-inclusive concert vacation in Riviera Maya, Mexico, which will return to Barcelo Maya Beach in 2019 from February 21st to 23rd. The band started their destination-event tradition in 2016, and headed to Mexico once again in early 2017. However, the fan-favorite jam juggernaut did not return to Barcelo Maya Beach in 2018.
For the 2019 edition of Phish’s Riviera Maya event, the concerts will return to Barcelo Maya Beach, a resort that sits on a mile-long stretch of white sand featuring breathtaking landscapes and pools scattered throughout the property. Furthermore, Phish and CID Presents have selected six of the region’s finest resorts for fans to stay at, with each resort offering a variety of restaurants, multiple bars, and daily activities, all included in your package price. A number of off-site adventures will also be available throughout the weekend, giving fans the opportunity to fully experience the Riviera Maya’s breathtaking natural beauty and rugged terrain during their destination music vacation.
Each night, guests staying at the Barcelo Maya will take a short stroll to the beach to see Phish, while fans staying at the other associated resorts will be delivered to the concert venue via continuous, private shuttles. Once inside, guests can choose from an assortment of complimentary beverages and traditional fare (including a la carte tacos and fresh churros).
Packages start at $1,713 per person and include four or five all-inclusive resort nights, admission into Playa Azul (the event’s one-of-a-kind venue), roundtrip airport transportation, and exclusive Phish merch packs for the run.
