Over the weekend, Pretty Lights released a stunning new video, indicating that he was embarking on a “new era” of music. With the video came a quiet announcement of a return to Telluride, CO on August 26 & 27. There are no details of whether Pretty Lights will be bringing the Analog Future Band, but the live act performed there with PL last year, and are featured in the new video, which was shot at Telluride.
Derek Vincent Smith commented on the announcement, saying, “Pretty Lights in Telluride 2015 was more than I ever hoped it would be, and I was not the same person when I left. The energy of that place and the people and the music literally had me feeling like I was struck by a lightning bolt… And we get to do it again!! I can only imagine what might happen in 2016. See you in August.”
