Radiohead has announced a series of European shows set to take place throughout November and December 2025. The 20-date outing will serve as the British alt-rock icons’ first tour since 2018.

The tour, comprised of four-night runs in five different cities, will begin at Madrid, Spain’s Movistar Arena (November 4th, 5th, 7th, 8th) and take Radiohead to Bologna, Italy’s Unipol Arena (November 14th, 15th, 17th, 18th), London, UK’s The O2 (November 21st, 22nd, 24th, 25th), Copenhagen, Denmark’s Royal Arena (December 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th), and Berlin, Germany’s Uber Arena (December 8th, 9th, 11th, 12th).

Tickets will only be accessible by registering via the band’s website. Registration opens here on Friday, September 5th at 10:00 a.m. BST / 11:00 a.m. CEST / 5:00 a.m. EST and runs through until Sunday, September 7th at 10:00 p.m. BST / 11:00 p.m. CEST / 5:00 p.m. EST.

Alongside the 2025 tour announcement, Radiohead drummer Philip Selway pointed to a widely publicized 2024 rehearsal session as the impetus for the band’s first run of concerts in seven years. “Last year, we got together to rehearse, just for the hell of it,” Selway wrote. “After a seven year pause, it felt really good to play the songs again and reconnect with a musical identity that has become lodged deep inside all five of us. It also made us want to play some shows together, so we hope you can make it to one of the upcoming dates.”

He added, “For now, it will just be these ones but who knows where this will all lead.” The band echoed his statement on the official registration page, stating, “There will be no extra dates announced. These are the only shows that Radiohead will be playing for now. The band hope to do more shows elsewhere in the future.”

Radiohead, which features Selway alongside Thom Yorke (vocals, guitar, piano, keyboards), Jonny Greenwood (guitar, keyboards, other instruments), Colin Greenwood (bass), and Ed O’Brien (guitar, backing vocals), last performed live in 2018 as part of the group’s multi-year, global campaign in support its most recent album, 2016’s A Moon Shaped Pool. The group was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2019.

Prior to the tour’s official announcement on Wednesday, the band generated buzz for the tour by passing out fliers in the various cities on the itinerary. Hints of a return began earlier this year when the band registered a new business entity, historically a precursor to fresh activity. The group also donated four tickets to a “Radiohead concert of your choice” as part of a Los Angeles fire relief auction. More recently, Radiohead’s official channels have been posting archival live clips, stoking demand and curiosity among fans.

In the years since Radiohead’s last tour, Thom Yorke and Jonny Greenwood have released two albums and toured extensively with The Smile. Earlier this year, Radiohead released a new live compilation, Hail to the Thief.

Just this week, Radiohead’s 1997 OK Computer track “Let Down” made its first-ever appearance on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart nearly three decades on from its release after the song went viral on TikTok. “Let Down”, which landed in the No. 91 slot on the chart dated August 30, 2025, marks the band’s fourth career chart entry on the Hot 100, after “Creep” (No. 34 peak in 1993), “High and Dry” (No. 78 peak in 1996), and “Nude” (No. 37 peak in 2008).

Radiohead’s long-awaited live reunion and parallel surge in streaming listeners comes as another group of reunited British rockers, Oasis, continues to tour sold-out stadiums around the globe, illustrating audiences’ continued enthusiasm for the rock giants of the ’90s.
