Railroad Earth is celebrating 25 years with new music and a refreshed lineup. The veteran jamgrass outfit has just dropped “Keep Your Eyes Open”, a collaborative single featuring Nashville guitarist Daniel Donato that offers the first preview of the band’s upcoming studio album, due out this year via Ineffable Records.

The collaboration between Railroad Earth and Donato emerged organically from their time on the road together last year. After extensive touring in 2025, the chemistry between the band and the Nashville-based guitarist made a studio partnership feel like a natural extension of their onstage connection.

“We had a great time on the road with Daniel last summer, and right away knew his playing would be the perfect collaboration for this song we were working on,” drummer Carey Harmon explained. “The song carries more weight with each passing day, and we couldn’t wait to get it out.”
