Today, The Revivalists have extended their 2018 summer tour, adding new dates in San Diego, Portland, Nantucket, Hampton Beach, and more. These new dates come in addition to previously announced festival sets at Bonnaroo, BottleRock, and The Peach, and two upcoming hometown performances during New Orleans Jazz Fest.
For their new dates, up first for the soulful seven-piece is a performance at San Diego’s Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon on June 3rd. A month later, The Revivalists have added a performance at Portland, Oregon’s Waterfront Blues Festival on July 5th. From there, on July 31st and August 1st, frontman David Shaw and company will hit a two-night stand at Nantucket’s Chicken Box, kicking off an East Coast run with new shows in Massachusetts, Maine, and New Hampshire over the next week.
For the third year in a row, David Shaw will also be bringing the Big River Get Down to his beloved hometown of Hamilton, Ohio. The Revivalists’ frontman will be hosting the musical event on Saturday, September 8th, along the Great Miami River at the RiversEdge Amphitheater. With The Revivalists leading the show, Shaw has also tapped Samantha Fish, Andy Frasco & The UN, Jennifer Hartswick, Naughty Professor, Brandon “Taz” Niederauer, and Doc Robinson for the highly anticipated annual event.
