The Revivalists have shared the official video for their updated take on “You and I”, an original song that first appeared on 2018’s Take Good Care. The song was recently reworked during the band’s recording sessions at FAME Recording Studio for their surprise Made In Muscle Shoals EP which arrived earlier this year on January 30th.

The new video takes viewers into the famous recording studio in Muscle Shoals, AL where the band is showcased tearing through the groovy rock track. Members of the eight-piece rock outfit are seen playing away on their respective instruments in isolation rooms (not the coronavirus kind) throughout the song’s 5:32-minute runtime.

“We had no preconceived notion about how we wanted the songs to change before going into FAME Studios,” singer David Shaw said of their reworked material. “We really wanted the vibe of the room to guide us to that place. ‘You And I’ really took its shape once Zack [Feinberg] landed on that new riff you hear in the beginning.”
