Ringo Starr will ring in his 80th birthday in grand style with an all-star live stream concert for charity. Ringo’s Big Birthday Show, hosted by The Beatles drummer, will take place on July 7th at 8 p.m. on YouTube.
The hour-long show will feature at-home performances and unearthed concert footage from Paul McCartney, Gary Clark Jr., Sheryl Crow, Sheila E, Ben Harper, and more. The concert will also raise money for the Black Lives Matter Global Network, The David Lynch Foundation, MusiCares, and Wateraid.

Ringo’s Big Birthday Show will feature a Starr-studded cover of Ringo’s 2017 song “Give More Love”. The tune, found on the drummer’s 2017 album of the same name, will be performed by Jackson Browne, Jeff Bridges, Elvis Costello, Willie Nelson, and more. The birthday stream will also see Ringo Starr debut tribute performances from the likes of Steve Earle, Peter Frampton, and Judy Collins. Additionally, Starr has asked that fans to “say, think, or post #peaceandlove at noon their local time on July 7th.”
