This weekend, as more than 30,000 protesters took to the streets in NYC and elsewhere calling for justice in the wake of the Mike Brown and Eric Garner verdicts, Samuel L. Jackson took to Facebook to suggest a different course of action. In the below video, Jackson calls on “all the celebrities out there who poured ice water on your head” to sing the “we ain’t gonna stop, till people are free” song. Those lyrics go:

“I can hear my neighbor cryin’ ‘I can’t breathe’ / Now I’m in the struggle and I can’t leave. / Callin’ out the violence of the racist police. / We ain’t gonna stop, till people are free. / We ain’t gonna stop, till people are free”

Your move, America!
