With so many festivals today, many artists have found success by curating their own events, catered to their loyal fanbase. Shovels & Rope are the latest to follow this trend, putting together a stacked lineup of Americana greats for the first annual High Water Festival. Taking place at Riverfront Park in North Charleston, SC, the two day event will run from April 22-23rd, and will feature headlining sets from The Avett Brothers, The Shins and Shovels & Rope.
