SiriusXM Phish Radio is getting in on the Phish Riviera Maya festivities in 2022 with a full slate of “Mexico Vacation” programming.
Along with full, live broadcasts of all four Phish Riviera Maya shows (February 24th–27th), Phish Radio (Ch. 29) will spend the week highlighting memorable moments from the band’s previous four Mexican affairs and bringing the tropical vacation vibes to listeners across North America.
Phish Radio‘s “Mexico Vacation” schedule will feature themed installments of the channel’s running programs. In addition to a special “Mexico Vacation” episode of The Errant Path, hosted by Phish drummer Jon Fishman, listeners will be treated to tropical editions of The Bunny and Headbands. Also on the docket are a pair of new Crowd Control episodes hosted by CID Presents founder Dan Berkowitz and Live For Live Music editor-in-chief Andrew O’Brien, respectively.

Fans will also get the chance to contribute to the “Mexico Vacation” broadcasts: Phish Radio is inviting fans to choose a song by another artist that makes them feel like they’re on vacation, record a voice note introducing the song, and sent the audio file to phishradio@siriusxm.com. Selected submissions will make up the listener-hosted pre-shows for the four live concert streams from Mexico.
SiriusXM Phish Radio is now streaming via the SXM App. SiriusXM is currently running an offer for a free, three-month streaming trial here. You can start streaming the SXM App on your phone, online, and at home—no car required. See offer details for more information.
