Slightly Stoopid has announced the forthcoming release of their new album Everyday Life, Everyday People, which is due out on July 13th via Stoopid Records.. The record features guest appearances by Chali 2na (Jurassic 5), G. Love, Ali Campbell (UB40), and others.

Everyday Life, Everyday People will come a little more than three years after the release of Slightly Stoopid’s 2015 album, Meanwhile… Back at the Lab. In addition to confirming the new record, the band has also released it’s lead single, “If You Want It”. The tune finds the group teaming up with Italian reggae artist AlBorosie for a laid-back blend of reggae and rock that will be familiar to Slightly Stoopid’s dedicated fanbase.

“It’s been an epic journey making this latest record with many legendary guest vocalists and musicians. From start to finish we had a blast,” founding member Miles Doughty reportedly said in an official statement.

Slightly Stoopid will return to the road next week when they join Kendrick Lamar, The Killers, Odesza, SZA, Foster The People, Portugal. The Man, Anderson .Paak & The Free National, Tank and The Bangas, and many more at the Hangout Festival in Gulf Shores, AL. The band will then swing through much of the country over the course of the next three months, with upcoming stops at festivals like Summer Camp and California Roots.
